Overview
iSS Task Manager provides information about the applications and processes running on your Windows Mobile device.
As well, it provides accerss to important device information such as CPU usage, memory usage, storage usage, and detailed network information.

How To Use
When iSS Task Manager launches, you should be in the Applications tab. From
the Menu, you may switch to an application that is currently running by
selecting "Switch To", end a task, or change the sort order. To change
to a different view
open the "View" menu and select the the view desired. Here is an overview of the five
(5) views in iSS Task Manager:
The Five Tabs
Applications: Shows the status of the programs running on your device.
View, activate or close any running or unresponsive application.
Processes: Shows information about the processes currently running on your device,
and allows you to end a selected process.
Performance: Provides real-time charting of your memory and CPU usage.
Networking: Provides a detailed level of information about your current network connection, as well as providing real-time charting of your network transfer rates.
Info: Displays important real-time information about your handheld device, such as battery
charge, program and storage memory, and CPU usage.

Tasks View
In this view you will be able to see your currently running applications, as well as the memory each application takes up. This list can be ordered by name or memory usage by simply going to View->Sort. By selecting an item in the list you are given the option to go (Switch To) this application, or close (End Task) this application.

Processes View
In this view you can see your currently running background processes, as well as the memory each process takes up. This list can be ordered by name or memory usage by simply going to View->Sort. By selecting an item in the list you are given the option to close (End Process) the process. Please note that some processes are essential to the proper work functioning of the device, so closing any processes must be done with
extreme caution.

Performance View
In this view you can see a real-time graph of the device's CPU and
application memory usage. The graph is updated once every second.

Networking View
This view provides a detailed level of networking information, as well as a
real-time graph of your network transfer rate (incoming and outgoing combined).
Network information includes the following for your current active network connection: Name, Device Type, Link Speed, Bytes Sent, Bytes Received, Upload Rate, Download Rate, Host Name, MAC address, IP Address, Subnet Mask, Gateway, DNS server, DHCP server, & more.

System Information View
In this view you can see a graphic representation of certain system information, including CPU percentage, Battery percentage, and program and storage memory usage percentage. Also, any storage cards will be displayed in this view.

Uninstalling
To uninstall from your Windows Mobile Pocket PC: (WM Classic/WM Professional)
- Go to Start | Settings | System tab | Remove Programs.
- Select on the name of the iSS game or application and tap "Remove".
- Follow the onscreen instructions.
To uninstall from your Windows Mobile Smartphone: (WM Standard)
- Go to Start | Settings | Remove Programs.
- Select on the name of the iSS game or application and tap "Remove".
- Follow the onscreen instructions.
Your iSS Mobile application should now have been uninstalled.
Note, when updating your iSS Software, you should uninstall any old versions before installing the new version.
In most cases, you can install a new trial version to update an older full version unless the new version is a paid upgrade.
